Symagrips review.

Ultimately you’re able to concentrate on the exercise at hand without fear of your hand slipping or being out of position, resulting in greater muscle activation and optimal range of motion.

I’ve been using the Symagrip for a few weeks now and I have to say that they are amazing. I’m not one for gloves as I like to feel the weight in my hands, but the by-product of this are callouses and bacteria, which could result in contact dermatitis as well as other skin conditions. The Symagrip provides the best of both worlds. So you can be hard-core in the gym and come home to your partner with baby soft hands.

Another great feature of the Symagrip is that it increases the circumference of the apparatus it is on which means that more tension is place on the forearm allowing you to work your target muscle as well as you forearms.
